BHMS issues every document you need. Allow up to 12 weeks for processing — apply about four months before your intake.
- Fly
You are met at Zurich Airport, and taken to Lucerne.

Entry requirements
- Minimum age 17
- High school diploma or equivalent
- English at IELTS 5.0 level or equivalent (undergraduate)
- No prior pastry experience required
Below the English level? The Preparatory English Programme bridges the gap. If you did not finish upper secondary school, the six-month University Pathway Switzerland (Certificate) is the route in.
